Review on Avitar Utility Billing by Erik Barela

I like how easy it can be for multiple users, such as myself or my husband, to access the system at any time without having to log in again each time. There are many features available that make this program useful. The customer service from Avitar has been excellent! It would be nice if there was an option to print out invoices/bills with dates listed instead of just numbers. This allows us to see exactly when we received bills so we don't have to wait until they arrive by mail before seeing what's due. We use this product primarily for our utilities but also do some accounting using QuickBooks Online through their website (avitaurilitybillingservice.com). Our accountants have found it very helpful because they no longer need to spend hours searching for records that may not even exist anymore. They can easily find everything.
