This product came with a damaged screw, when I tried to set the hour it came out completely. Sending the watch back cost me more than the original cost (about $40) because I live in the Republic of Panama. So I decided to go to a jewelry store and the watchmaker told me the screw didn't belong with this watch and I would have to pay $12 for his services (he doesn't have a screw) but recommended another man who might have one Has . I was really angry and disappointed. Now I have to pay more money to fix it. I think it's unfair.
