Review on Bonita by Andrew Enriquez

We used to have 3 different ERP applications that were not integrated together at all - it was very hard if you wanted reports from one system in another so we ended up writing scripts using python which would run against each application individually then combine them into our final report format (which is what I am most familiar). Once bonitosuite came along everything changed as now there are integration tools available such us webservices etc! The fact they offer support 24/7 makes things easier too when issues arise or questions come about during implementation phase where others may be asleep but their team will respond immediately even after work hours!!
