Cute but stiff best in my review
This dress is cute. But it's stiff. I washed it more than 12 times and it never got any softer. After I wore it many times I figured I got my money's worth and gave it to a friend. It is a very cute dress that fits as expected. I just didn't like the stiff fabric.
