I am 5'7" and 137 lbs or so and a little busty . I am giving my stats to help in sizing determination. It is a good slim fit with the medium I ordered . It was not too tight but not a lot of wiggle room either. Sleeves were long and it is a very stylish little jacket/top. I will wear it as a primary shirt . And not as a jacket to wear over other clothes. I believe that if you wear it over other clothes that you will loose the streamline shape of the garment.Great with a pair of skinny jeans or leggings!
