The first 4 plugins worked very well. After we switched to the remaining plugs, it almost didn't smell anymore. We're pretty sure the heater is working as the Costco plug-in worked really well. The only reason I can think of is that the rest of the plugins lose their impact without even opening. The batch I received is probably an old tub that expired very quickly. Anyway, only 4 plugs work. The rest is useless. When we found out that the return no longer works. Be careful with that. Because we've never had a problem with Costco One. It is possible that an old batch is being sold here.
