The purchase was not entirely successful, there were minor problems in use.

I wrote to those Huawei support, I received the answer on the same day, but the answer surprised me.
I quote:
"ate the HUAWEI FamCare app to the latest version, if the current version is installed, reinstall the app.

If this recommendation does not help in resolving the issue, then in order to provide the correct solution to your issue, please provide the following data:
1. Serial number of the watch;
2. Video fixation of the emerging problem;

Although in the error message itself, I fully indicated all versions of the software (on the phone, the software version, the version of the installed program itself and similar information about the watch). You can immediately see what attentive specialists work in those support .
And I'm not the only one with this problem. On one of the well-known sites about mobile devices, this problem is also discussed.
Too bad I can't return this watch.

Pros

The watch is made of high quality materials, very nice strap. High quality led display. Batteries last an average of 3 days

Cons

Last time there is an error in the Huawei FamCare proprietary application The child sends voice messages from the watch, a notification about receiving a message comes to the locked phone, but there is no message in the application itself (although the child sent it) This problem often happens. I find it unacceptable to buy a children's watch for 13,000 and be inconvenienced by the fact that messages are not delivered . Also, the watch does not have a hand-held sensor. Before these watches, there were other children's watches with a cost of 2500 and this function was present there. And there is no way to listen incognito to what is happening around the child at the moment.
