Great shorts but run small

I'm 5'8, 180 lbs. I have 32 waist. I read the reviews and they said they run small. big. They must have been very big. Although they're pretty dense, they're great. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the lace. It's not sewn to the back of the shorts so I accidentally stretched one side and couldn't get the thong back. However, they are quite tight where I don't need the string. I ordered black and green. I liked everything, although the white lining got dirty pretty quickly when working with a barbell or floor training.
