The best thing about this software is it has all the features that we need for our business. The customer service was very helpful and had no problems with it at all. We've been using this program since it came out so I can't really think of anything wrong with it. It's easy to use and has many features that make running a business easier. Sometimes when we are looking for something specific it takes some time to find it. Also sometimes you have to ask questions multiple times just to get an answer. Some people don't know how to navigate through the menus to do what they want. It makes it easier for us to run our business because we can see everything in one place.
