A really necessary purchase, glad I found this product.
Got pros: I bought a Japanese knife at the end of March 2022 when, just when everyone was at home. The knife and I and my household did not let go of the hands. I have been using it for more than 2 months, and it still cuts like clockwork. Suitable for all jobs in the kitchen. Comfortably lies in the hand. I'm glad it's Japanese. I recommend the store. Cons below: I want to order a chef's knife, I expect that it will cut no worse.
