It works well, it has a marking for correct pin one placement on the opposite side that the connector is inserted into and that is literally my only gripe about this item. I fixed that by putting down some tape and marking the pin one side. Other than that it has worked well, the outer wire stripper does a good job and with very light pressure I haven’t cut into any inner wires after crimping dozens of connectors and all of the connections have transmitted data and power without an issue.
