I am very upset and disappointed with this product, my 10 year old son saved money to order it. I had a few dollars of points on my credit card so I ordered them. I knew we might have problems as soon as I opened the package. just a plastic bag with headphones, cable jack and minimal instructions. My son was so excited he tore up the package immediately. We pocketed them excitedly. Nothing. They caught fire. Here it is! I am going to find that out. We never did. Our Xbox had the right ports. But nothing! Myself, my teenage son. My husband and another teenage friend tried for hours. Nothing, my eldest son didn't evade this sound for a few seconds. finding the time to repack, print the label and return a product that has frustrated and made life difficult for me. complete nonsense
