CHOKING HAZARD - Baby and Toddler Toy

I loved the toy from the start! We could put it on her car seat AND her other toys, like her music rug and the ball pit that held other toys, but the "rainbow" is over her childhood toys, which have other bells and whistles. One day she fell and the red circle with cute little beads shattered into pieces and she almost choked on it! I post pictures. Please keep an eye on the children! It was cute and chic and interesting, but it was scary.
