Review on Chicken Nutro Wholesome Essentials Adult & Senior Cat Food - Dry Formula by Amanda Kathol

I switched my older kitty to Nutro in September. It was lavender. He did really well. No gagging etc. They changed the packaging and apparently changed the ingredients as well. Apparently he loses control of the hairball and starts throwing up again. He's a long haired cat and I brush him, but something about the old formula really helped him. On the recommendation of the clerk at the pet store I switched to another brand that offers hairball control and he just ate it without having to switch and no more vomiting. I will donate the rest of the bag.
