Ideal for CHILDREN. I'm 5ft 2ft and got the big ones as a gift because I was pregnant and cried at night because of the pain. It helped a lot and will never leave my bed! However, my 3 year old loved it as much as I did and kept listening to my special pillow. I decided to give it a try for her because the kids version keeps getting bad reviews for tearing at the seams. IMHO that wouldn't even work for me at 5ft 2in. It's tiny and perfect for her. She tosses and turns at night and sleeps restlessly. It definitely helped her sleep better, it wasn't a miracle cure, but she really likes it and falls asleep faster in it.
