Review on Philips PAR38 LED Non-Dimmable Spotlight - 25° Beam Angle by Michelle Ramanath

There seems to be conflicting information as to whether they are approved for outdoor lights. I didn't see the information until I ordered it, so I bought another brand of fully open apps. Went ahead and installed them outdoors but under the gutter (see photos). They're kind of protected and so far, after more than a month, with some pretty strong storms, they're still working fine. Definitely more space than one thread. I don't know the exact angle but they have almost the same light output as the 75w incandescent bulbs I had before.
