Bought a few packs for moving. The plan was to use a small piece on each box/furniture to indicate which room it goes to (with the allocated room getting a matching piece of tape on the door/jam to guide the movers). The tape seemed to continue. Good at first, but then it started to crumble. Adhesion varied depending on the substrate, the worst being cardboard (which of course made up 90% of what I was trying to seal). After half a day, the edges started lifting, and after about 24 hours, some vertical pieces of tape started falling off. We started by bending the ribbon at a 90 degree angle - a few inches on the side, and then bent a few inches at the top so the box at the top can hold it. but about 10% of it we lost completely along the way (only a few days after boxing). As a result, I wouldn't advise buying such for this purpose - look for a tape with better adhesion. This would be great for young arts and crafts kids where easy removal is important.
