The cover I use was first used on another car with a slightly larger wheel so the cover (black leather with jewels and a crown. You know that) slipped a bit while driving. Not too loose, but enough to make me worry about safety continuing this ride. Also, that damn crown on top will cut you if you're not careful. I'm not even joking. Also, it was bulky and my hands are small so I didn't feel the steering wheel at all, and my steering wheel has nice contours and ridges for my fingertips. i missed her Anyway, this new cover is perfect! The red color matches my lighting and dash cover. The raised/contoured parts feel luxurious like a mini massage! And the material and style of the contours (it's a strong mesh) ensure air can get into my palms while I'm pressing those areas. The beautiful red part is also very comfortable. The lid has a low/thin profile so it's not as thick/bulky as my previous lid. I love it! I can handle it completely with my little hands! Watch out guys, keep it classy. It arrived early yesterday and was complex so I opened it up and left it overnight. The wrinkles are still visible this morning but I'm sure they will smooth out over time. Installation was difficult, but I expected it. Again, I was bothered by the loose cover I had before, so I'm thrilled that this one doesn't move until I take it off! I thought I wanted a different glossy cover, but I'm glad I chose this one. It looks amazing and I know it feels so much better than the shiny look!
