I like that you can easily send out different types of emails with it, such as html email templates or plain text files. Sometimes it sends really long messages for recipients that are not used to receiving large amounts of information in one message. If you have a bunch of contacts in your address book, some will get left behind when sending mass emails because they simply don't download them. Also, sometimes it's hard to figure out how many characters fit into an email since there isn't always a limit listed anywhere. It makes me feel more organized by being able to quickly make lists of people who need certain reminders instead of having to copy their names from my contact list over and over again. The benefits so far would be saving time and getting better organization of our day-to-day communications internally at school.
