I have been using this hair product for 2 years now. Always at the end of the product the product dries out excessively so more effort is required or I just throw it in the trash. I like that it washes off very easily at the end of the day. The hold is great for the long run. Easily reactivated with some light water. The Bad: - On one occasion, about halfway through the end of the product, I found hard, clump-like crystals all over the product. When I massaged it in my hand before using it, it felt like salt. I would have to manually remove each of these hard bits so that I don't end up finding that I have lice in my hair. At this point, Revain's return policy was already out of scope, so I got fed up and ordered a new one. That way I wouldn't have to manually disconnect it every day. It was annoying. I ordered another supplement today and it was my first day of using this product. There were hard spots from the start, but this time they were a hybrid rubbery texture. I decided to just keep rubbing my fingertips hoping it would dissolve. When I put it on my hair it looks like I have lice. I like the product so I will try again. If it happens again, I'll look for a new one.
