So we could not turn on the vacuum cleaner and try it. The battery simply did not charge . No lights are on. Thought it might have burned out, but no. We tried to charge it for a couple of hours . Nothing has changed . Either the charger or the battery just doesn’t work out . It’s a pity . I liked the vacuum cleaner . I issue a return .
