Pretty easy to install yourself. Pressure ports save the day. We added the letter "T" for the ice maker - also simple. Very happy with the quality of the water and it's a lot easier than shipping several 5 gallon pitchers each week. We've just been using this system for a year and received a pleasant reminder from APEC that it's time to change the filters. (With other letters they didn't bother us at all throughout the year.). Filters are available direct from them or from Revain. It's not that hard to replace, just go slowly and notice that the big filter cups are full of water!
