We recently bought a Pi 4 and plan on buying more so cases are always on hand. As other reviewers point out, there were NO instructions in the box, nothing. It wasn't difficult to put together, but it's annoying that the company is too lazy to include even basic instructions. The case itself makes a pretty solid impression. All the right openings and exits are in the right places, giving you access to everything. While you need something like tweezers to do anything with the microSD card, just grabbing your fingers isn't enough, at least for me. It is also good that the kit comes with a fan and even a few additional heat sinks. The only thing I don't like is the textured nuts on the other side of the posts, not that you can put a tool on them. That was the problem when I took out the Raspberry board, one corner only turned when I tried to remove the screw. I managed to attach some wire cutters to hold it in place and keep it from spinning. Why don't they use regular nuts instead of textured ones? Overall this is a pretty good case aside from a few minor issues they were able to fix.
