Since the chairs are good overall, I wrote to the seller and requested to replace one seat. After waiting three days for a response, I called the seller's call center two more times and left a support request. In a nutshell, the service stinks but the chairs are cool! The vendor did not respond. Since I already had all the other chairs and didn't want to disassemble them once more or spend money on a taxi to transport them, I declined Aliexpress' offer to take back the chairs. It appears that the seller is depending on this since I already had all the other chairs.
