Product received damaged and cannot be returned or exchanged
I was thrilled to receive it in the mail two weeks after ordering. I installed it in my kitchen and after a few days checked it and made sure there were no errors. I realized I received a damaged product that is not working. I've tried to see how I can get a replacement or refund but I have no way of doing it. This is the first time I've bought a defective product and can't return it.
