Taa.dah. When I opened it, the sushi set looked very basic. I never know how to make sushi. I asked one of my friends to join me and looked around. He is a chef and owner of a Japanese restaurant serving sushi and Korean cuisine. My friend showed me how to use this kit. I'm not surprised that he can make sushi in less than 1 minute. But for a sushi I need almost 4 minutes. This is my first sushi experience. I'm happy with it although it doesn't look very nice like the sushi my friend made. My conclusion is that this sushi set is worth buying. It's really easy to use and make sushi.
