Range of functions, short range

This system is worth the money. Each individual phone has many features such as B. Saving your own phone number lists and you can export the lists individually or as a group to other phones. Each handset supports standard headsets. You can listen to recorded base station messages from any handset and change base station settings. You can also make calls directly from handset to handset. There are so many features that it took a good hour to go through the manual to get familiar with all of them. This is a great quality system with just a few shortcomings. First, the range is disappointing. It's the shortest cordless phone we've had in years, even shorter than the 2.4GHz and older 900MHz phones we've had. This might not be a problem if you only intend to use this phone at home. If you take it outside you might have a little trouble getting a clear signal to the base station inside. Second, this seems to be a common flaw with cordless phones - there's no key lock to prevent accidental presses when you're carrying it in your pocket. Another feature I really like is that during a call you can plug in your headphones and switch to headphones, or switch to speakerphone, or switch back to a regular handset, and the callers on the other end won't hear much of a change. Both the quality and the price outweigh some disadvantages.
