Review on Boye 6314 3 Piece Loopy Scarf by Denise Davis

My scarf turned out really cute but the instructions that come with this set (it's just two very basic three sided hoops and a tapestry needle) are lacking. It took me three or four tries to get it going properly, but once I figured it out and got the hang of it, the scarf came together very quickly. Unfortunately, you don't knit anything together, so in the end you have to sew everything together to fix the loops, otherwise they can be pulled out, which is what a tapestry needle is for. The instructions for this part in particular are incredibly poor, and although there is a diagram, which shows two different types of stitches, there is no diagram of how and where to sew the scarf itself. I did everything I could but it took FOREVER and was a huge pain in the neck and I'm still not sure if it's really safe. I think that's a pretty big design flaw.
