Review on Revolutionary Runningfish Clearance Non Magnetic Ruler for Accurate Measurements 0.03-1.0mm by Bill Howard

I originally ordered an inexpensive stainless steel probe but found the probe readings to be scattered throughout. None of them were accurate, not even close. So I sent it back, found this set of sensors and ordered it. Since the one I returned was very inaccurate, I tested the Runningfish probe for accuracy. Wow! I was very surprised. Almost every single measurement was within 1/1000 mm. The only one that was larger was the 0.60mm gauge, which measured 0.62mm (close enough for my work). This caliber is more than worth the price. I prefer brass over stainless steel. Yes I scratched the 1mm gauge to make sure it was all brass and not just brass plated. It's all brass. Be very careful with the 0.05mm gauge, it is wafer thin and easily damaged.
