Ideal for brew kettles
I use this on a brew kettle - attach the drain tube to a hot kettle along with a gasket this is much easier than with a conventional clamp.
- 300 psi at 250 degrees Fahrenheit and 500 psi at 70 degrees Fahrenheit (wing nut torqued to 25 lbs)
