The ability to track time spent for work related activities as well as leave usage via this tool has been extremely helpful in managing my employees' productivity! It's not very user friendly at times but it gets better over time once you learn how everything works (and I'm still learning!). Not much since we've only used them from our own employee accounts/time sheet entry pages which isn't exactly an effective way of using their product either though they do provide more advanced features if needed that could be utilized elsewhere so maybe there are some benefits? We're able utilize all aspects through its interface or by entering manually into excel sheets to create reports etc.,.
