Not available with eye pads. I contacted support and they respond very quickly. But they do nothing. They promised to send a new product, it was a month ago. I even reminded her of that. Also the glue could be better (which is funny because the reviews say it has improved), the corners often go up. It's very doable, you just need to learn the tricks and tips. You just need patience and practice. The process won't be quick anyway if you want to get the best results, so it's not for you if you're impatient. It worked well enough and lasted a month for me. I didn't buy this to curl my lashes as they are naturally curled. My lashes misbehave and often tilt towards my eye so it really disciplined them. It's an affordable alternative to more expensive brands (which I'll be switching to because I need eyecups), but wiping product off my bottom lashes got tedious very quickly since I didn't have eyecups. Also, don't forget to feed your lashes with nutrients like castor oil. Remember that perms are chemicals.
