Very easy to use and delivers tons of water. The only thing you need to know is the angle of the surface it's sitting on. My daughter has mulch (or something like that) on the bottom of her gecko terrarium and we were gone for a week. The water was refilled but the water level was very low. But I think it was because the dispenser was tilted backwards *slightly* so it didn't get as full. As we moved it and noticed more water pouring out of it, it tilted slightly down towards the bowl. So just keep that in mind
