The nose pads are relatively easy to install and quite comfortable. My only installation problem was removing the existing screw with the micro screwdriver included in the set. The diameter was a little too small so that I couldn't get enough torque to remove the existing screw. Fortunately, I already owned a regular jeweler's screwdriver set, which made removing the old screw and reusing it to install the new pad a breeze. As others had written, the nose pads are a little thicker than the original nose pads, which did require some fit adjustment. I believe the added comfort of these air chamber nose pads is well worth the adjustment inconvenience. Note that I reused the existing screw, so I cannot confirm that the mounting screws in the kit are compatible with my glasses frame.
