I have mild polymorphic skin rash syndrome. This is literally a lifesaver for me. I've never been able to go out in the sun as much as I can with this jacket. I am so incredibly grateful that this product was created. I used to stay home all summer and couldn't go out with my kids because I was having a reaction. But in this jacket I can go out and play with the kids in the sun. That's great. I like it. Runs small in my opinion, so I would order a size up.
