I like how easy it is to use; you can easily log in from anywhere with an internet connection! It's also really cost efficient which makes me happy because that means we're saving our clients' businesses some cash as well by doing their analytics work instead of them having someone else do it (and paying extra!). Nothing so far - however there are many other good tools out now too, but this one has been my go-to since day 1 when they launched back then.
