For people with small ears, even the smallest size does not fit comfortably in the ears. The body of the headphones is quite thick and sits uncomfortable in/on the ear. They fall out all the time so sleeping with them on the plane is uncomfortable. I also don't like the fact that if you choose to wear just one earbud, you can only hear from one specific side. I like the new clip much better! I find them a bit more expensive, but much more comfortable and apparently of higher quality. Also with the clip if you decide to listen through headphones you can choose either side.
