Loved the manual cleaning option for my tiled shower. But it doesn't work well. It cannot be tilted sideways or up. It has to remain concealed, which is a problem for short people cleaning tall tiled walls. Also, you have to keep the button pressed all the time. The grout head only tilts in one direction, making it suitable for right-handers and virtually useless for left-handers. It took me almost an hour to clear a 3 foot shower. Dampening windows with a mop is hardly better. The PDA has to remain lowered to work, which causes back pain with all my floor-to-ceiling windows. I haven't tried it on my tile floors yet. I'm almost scared after a poorly performing portable device.
