Arrived Opened and Used

When our package arrived, we noticed this bag had been previously opened. Wouldn’t have been a big deal, but it had clearly been used by another dog, as there was white dog hair all over it (my dog is black). My complaint is that if you’re going to ship out a used/returned item, that needs to be known (and possibly discounted?). I washed it, but was annoyed at the state in which it arrived. Cherry on top- my dog’s no-no sack slipped out the back of it 🤦🏼‍♀️ I do not recommend this seller or this item.

Protective alternative to E-collar, no need to have an eyesore of a medical device on your pet
