This was a fantastic experience for our group of 10 employees that were all new to payroll in the US. They showed up at each step with detailed explanations, suggestions, and help where needed. The end result we love so much about TAA; We do not have any other issues or complaints! It's perfect!! If you are considering hiring one more service provider like this it will be worth while as they really care about all their clients and want them succeed. Being in New Jersey, there isn't a lot of payroll companies/knowledgeable advisors here locally that I've found through research and referrals to my accountant but once I met with both my Accountant & Taa staff - I felt confident making the decision. I have used HCAT for many years now, they do great work in helping me with my IT needs as well has providing advice about how best we can use our information systems at all levels of management within The Company that i represent - this makes it very easy when talking from one level up or down! They are always available if you need help outside normal working hours too which allows us flexibility where ever needed during any given day/weekend etc.
