Very happy with this product. Just like in restaurants. I had a manual grater that worked fine but is much faster. Also suitable for softer cheeses like mozzarella, but goes well with harder cheeses like parmesan and asiago. I recommend this product. In fact, it works so well that it's pretty sobering to see how much cheese I actually eat. It would never occur to me to eat a piece of cheese, but the grater works so well, it grinds so easily that you have to realize that a piece of cheese or grated is the same thing, and then put up with it, now you are a fat ass.
