Review on Adjustable Height 3 Speed Oscillating Fan, 16 In, Brushed Copper - DecoBREEZE Pedestal Fan by Jody Tibbetts

I really wanted to like this fan. Customer service is 5 star group, but this fan is only CHARACTER, the lifespan of this fan is a few weeks. The first fan arrived, the engine case was ripped to pieces. Since it was mechanical, this was an easy fix. The fan ran for three days and the motor stalled. The second fan arrived, the motor housing is not cracked BUT the plastic latch holding the motor to the housing is broken. Plugged it in and it ran 10 days and the engine stalled again. Update: 08/21/2016 This morning I woke up to the fan that stopped working. This fan is absolute junk. Don't waste your money. The 3rd fan arrived and I was told that this motor needs to be inspected and tested PRIOR to shipping it to me. The fan came and opened the box and the motor housing was cracked, the housing crumbled, just crazy. Again, the fan looks very nice, but the crew assembles them, "inspects" the final product, and the visually impaired or Hane NO. idea what they are looking for. Just received a refund after the 3rd fan. Once again the customer service was GREAT, the product is rubbish.
