Works in my Surface Pro 7 Pen model 1776

Afraid to order. couldn't decide if it would work or not. We recommend replacing the batteries when replacing the handpiece! The packaging makes it easy to store two extra batteries until you're ready. I also managed to watch their tips changing videos and they managed to do it stress free. - well, once I realized that I don't just need a new tip - I need to change the battery! :)
