maybe a bit big for a 1987 sports car but i really like these bags, hard leather, big enough for u-lock, bike bag, half spare helmet, some tools, gloves, scarf and some other little things. There are several inner pockets for documents, a wallet. I left my bike in heavy rain all day and the inside of the bags were completely dry. The only thing I don't like are the 2 plastic snaps to close the lid, they look like cheap plastic. Carefully! I suggest checking if the rear turn signals are interfering, I should change mine and move them back to the tail light. Now they fit, but it's not the best choice. I can post some photos later.
