I bought this backpack to replace my old travel backpack. As this is a leisure trip I prefer a shoe that is feminine yet durable and able to provide good cushioning for my laptop which I always carry with me. I find this backpack to be a good weight and as you can see from the picture the side pocket can hold a liter water bottle. There are nice "hidden" outside pockets on the front and back of the bag. The interior also has an interior pocket and pocket organizers for cell phones and wallets. This is a good size for someone who is short as the bag doesn't hang too low.
