I got one of these years ago when I was working in a trendy restaurant and I fell in love with it immediately. Fast forward 10 years later and I lost it upon opening the box and never saw it again. I hesitated to buy because it's cheap but as soon as I put it in my hands, my jewel. If I lose it again tomorrow, I'll buy another one. Never have that eaten in a restaurant, you'll never see it again, have a crappy spare ready to borrow. This one is almost perfect. Soak it in sparkling water if it gets really dirty, then brush the moving parts with some olive oil, dry and you're good to go. I haven't broken a cork with them in years and when I do it's just slow and easy again.
