I've had these headphones for a few days now and here are my thoughts. I compare them to Bose 700, Sony XM4, Bower and Wilkins PX7.Pros. The build quality is good. A step below Bose and Sony. However, it's definitely a few steps below the B&W PX7. I think they hold up well if you take good care of them. Very comfortable after hours of wear. No complaints here. The sound quality is excellent for Bluetooth headphones. Nothing like similarly priced wired headphones, but no Bluetooth headphones. I like the sound signature better than Bose and Sony, but less than B&W. Noise-cancellation is good, but not as good as the Bose and Sony. This will be enough for most people. See below for white noise/noise issue. Battery life is as advertised and impressive. minuses. Constant and very noticeable hiss/white noise from right ear only. It's very distracting and annoying when listening to podcasts or movies. I've heard it in other NC headphones but nothing quite like it; it is very bad. I'm not sure if I got a defective pair but I don't think so. Why isn't there an app? At this price there should be an app to tweak the equalizer, get firmware updates, set different NC levels, etc. The instruction manual is a joke. I accidentally discovered two main characteristics of the headphones. Why don't you explain every headphone function in the manual? I do not understand that. Dual pairing works, but there is an interval of at least 5-10 seconds when automatically switching from one device to another, for example when you receive a call while listening to another source to which the headphones are connected. Sometimes it doesn't switch at all. Annoying and makes this feature unusable. The touchpad works, but sometimes you have to swipe more than once to increase/decrease volume, etc. I know touchpads are all the rage these days, but I think the buttons work better. The microphone is adequate for a Zoom meeting, but nowhere near as good as the Bose. Should be better for the price. This company is unknown. Can I buy replacement ear pads after 2-3 years when they inevitably wear out? If you buy these headphones I would contact you and buy a replacement now. In conclusion, given the constant hissing / white noise and the lack of an application, they are returned. I really wanted to love them but they are overpriced at $250. I'd say somewhere around $150 is a more realistic price. It would be much better if you spent $30 more and bought a Sony.
