Looks pretty bad out of the box. The cover is sometimes difficult to remove. Putting the pan on the connector is a learned skill. BUT you know I put up with it because it's FAST and POURS wonderfully! The picture here shows the MAXIMUM FILL indicator inside the pot. that's okay too. as soon as i found it. GENERAL: THIS IS THE GUARDIAN. Bought another one for a friend.
