Great product, I repair RROD and custom 360 MODS, well I do almost everything Xbox related and I do recommend this product. I install it on most 360s that I repair/modify and it works great. You'll need to cut one of the heatsinks if your 360 has a new type of heatsink/heatpipe on the GPU, but it's not that hard with a Dremel. When I first installed this product, I booted up my 360 and felt the heatsinks get hot, so I know they are pulling heat away from the motherboard chips.
