The best part about NDS was that it allowed me access anywhere I needed without needing an internet connection or computer in order to use their service! It also saved time because we didn't have as much information stored offsite like other companies do now days when searching through patient records.

They were very helpful during our transition process into using them instead of another provider who had been doing this work previously. We used them until they went out of business so there wasn't anything else available at that point.
